  • What are the types of land that you provide?
  • Lands are agricultural scenic land on natural hills.
  • Is it necessary to make the payment upfront or we can make the payment in installments?
  • Down payment is preferable for immediate sale deed & possession. However, we extend easy monthly installment facility upto 36 months at the rate of 6% yearly on the principles of reducing balance.
  • Is there any loan facility that we can avail on the land purchase?
  • There is no need of taking any loan, since we ourselves are providing installment facility.
  • What if we are unable to visit the land after the purchase? Who will take care of the land?
  • Land owner will pay to us yearly supervision charges and we will take care of the land records and sight.
  • Is the land protected with border fencing? What is the assurance about the land protection?
  • Since the land is undeveloped, there is no need right now to get it fenced. At the time of development it will be taken care of.
  • Are there any maintenance charges involved after the purchase of the land?
  • Yes, the arerequired for the supervision & office administration of the scheme.
  • Is there any lock-in arrangement for the land purchase?
  • There is no lock-in period. Lands are free hold. Purchaser can sell it at anytime to anyone at any price at his will.
